At NOOK salon, we are an exclusive Davines salon, using only Davines hair colour products, including Mask with Vibrachrom, A New Colour, View, Finest Pigments, and Alchemic.
To maintain the integrity and quality of our services, we do not sell Davines hair colour for use outside of NOOK salon.
Additionally, we will not apply any colour purchased by guests or brought from outside sources, regardless of brand, whether consumer or professional products.

In addition to Davines products, we use the following professional products and treatments to enhance your hair care experience:

We also carry a curated selection of Depot Male Tools for retail and professional use. This includes:
• No.105 Invigorating Shampoo
• No.201 Refreshing Conditioner
• No.302 Clay Pomade
• No.311 Fibre Cream
• No.313 Medium Hold Gel

For our hot towel treatment, post haircut, we use from Depot Male Tools:
• No.801 Daily Skin Cleanser
• No.815 Hydrating Skin Lotion

For our scalp and shoulder massage, pre-wash, we use:
• Sunflower Carrier Oil
• Now essential oils

For our smoothing treatments, we exclusively use Cezanne Smoothing Treatment.

To address hard water mineral buildup, we use Olaplex No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo and Olaplex Broad Spectrum Chelating Treatment.

For chlorine buildup, we use Malibu C Swimmers Wellness Shampoo and Malibu C Swimmers Wellness Conditioner, alongside Malibu C Swimmers Wellness Remedy Packet(s) if necessary.

For corrective colour services, we use a range of Malibu C products, including Un Do Goo Shampoo, Color Disruptor, CPR Packet(s), and Quick Fix Packet(s).

NOOK salon is proudly a Hair Flair Affiliate, sourcing our nano-bead extensions and toppers exclusively from Hair Flair to ensure top-quality results for our guests.

As advancements in hair extension technology continue, we are committed to exploring new options and innovations that align with our salon’s dedication to excellence.

At NOOK salon, all of our hairstylists are fully licensed and are required to keep their trade licenses up-to-date.
We take pride in providing high-quality services, and our team of licensed professionals ensures that you receive the best care and expertise for your hair.

As a result, we charge for all services provided at our salon.

This policy reflects the value of the training, skill, and expertise that our team brings to each appointment.

If your cosmetic hair colour is compromised due to swimming, excessive exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or any other external factors, we are not held responsible for any resulting damage or changes to the cosmetic colour.

In the event that your hair colour needs to be adjusted due to water exposure, additional colour fees will apply. These adjustments will be discussed with you in advance.

To maintain the longevity and vibrancy of your hair colour, we recommend taking precautions such as wearing a swim cap, rinsing your hair thoroughly after swimming, and using professional hair care products designed to protect colour-treated hair.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding hair care after your color service, please feel free to contact us for advice and recommendations.

We are happy to offer free adjustments within 7-days following your appointment, within reason.

We reserve the right to decline an adjustment for various reasons, including, but not limited to:
• The result you sought was achieved during the original service
• The stylist had discussed the possibility of not being able to achieve the desired result
• Any adjustments were made to your hair after the original service by you or another stylist, without or outside NOOK salon.

Please note the following for colour services:
• Additional colour fees may apply depending on the situation. If the adjustment is due to a change in your desired look, additional fees and will apply.
• We recommend using professional hair care products to maintain the integrity the longevity of your hair colour. Our stylists are here to offer solutions for maintain the integrity of your cosmetic hair colour.

NOOK salon is a collaborative space that includes both employee-based hairstylists and independent chair renter(s).

While our independent hairstylist(s) offer a range of services, some of the products they use, including colour and retail products, may differ from those used by NOOK salon.
However, all independent hairstylist(s) must align with NOOK salon's core values, which include a commitment to eco-conscious practices and sustainable beauty.

As a Green Circle Salons, NOOK salon includes an environmental fee in its pricing to support our sustainable practices.
Employee(s) of NOOK salon operate under this system, and their pricing reflects this.
Independent hairstylist(s), however, have the option to add an additional environmental fee at their discretion.
