Francisca's journey into hairstyling began with a change in direction. Initially pursuing International Business Management, her love for fashion and costume design inspired her to explore something more creative. She enrolled at the Aveda Institute Toronto in 2016, beginning her career at Civello Salons and later NC Salons.

Combining her experience behind the chair with her business background, Francisca opened her own salon in 2021 before eventually returning her focus to what she loves most: creating beautiful hair and connecting with people.

With a particular love for transformative colour, Francisca enjoys exploring new tones and watching looks evolve over time. Understanding that transformations aren't always achieved in one appointment, she considers her clients' preferences, routines, and long-term hair goals.

That appreciation for the journey extends beyond hair. Thoughtful, friendly, and a natural listener, Francisca values being part of the different chapters of her clients' lives. Whether navigating a big change or simply catching up, she wants everyone in her chair to feel heard, comfortable, and understood.

Outside the salon, Francisca enjoys hiking with her corgi, Sesame, biking, snowboarding, and discovering new places to eat. She also loves road trips, family time, and exploring yoga and mindfulness.
