Hairstyling has always been part of Hailey's life. Growing up with a mother who worked as a hairstylist in Korea, she had an early opportunity to experiment with different looks, sparking a curiosity that eventually became her career. She pursued her formal education at the Aveda Institute and Academy Toronto in 2016.

Her creative spirit continues to inspire her work today; from dramatic transformations and precision haircuts to experimenting with colour, Hailey enjoys the variety hairstyling offers. With a thoughtful, practical approach, she considers not only how hair looks when clients leave the salon, but how it fits into their everyday routines. Understanding how someone styles their hair at home helps her create looks that are beautiful and manageable.

That same attentiveness carries into the relationships she builds behind the chair. Hailey enjoys getting to know her clients and recognizes that everyone experiences a salon visit differently. Some appointments are filled with conversations about family, work, and everyday life, while others offer a chance to unwind in comfortable silence. For Hailey, it's about finding a natural connection that feels right for each person.

Outside the salon, Hailey enjoys spending time with family and embracing her newest chapter as a mother.
