Please arrive with clean dry hair (ideally washed the night before or the morning of your service).
If you arrive with wet or dirty hair, we cannot guarantee the service.

We offer ‘Pre-Maintenance Wash Add-On’ and ‘Pre-Install Wash Add-On’ for an additional $30 to ensure your hair is thoroughly cleansed and prepped before your maintenance appointment.

On average, most clients require 4-6 bundles, although this can vary.
The number of bundles needed is determined by the length and density of your natural hair, as well as your desired result.

Prices for an average install of 4-6 bundles range from:
$600 to $1,350 without a topper, and
$1,075 to $2,225 with a topper.

A 50% non-refundable deposit (before HST) is required at the time of booking for new installs to cover the purchase of the hair, and this deposit will go towards the final total of the service.

Nano-Bead Extensions is a strand-by-strand method.
In comparison to other bulk methods (tapes, sew-in, wefts), the overall weight does not directly compare between methods.

This policy applies only to clients who have purchased nano-bead hair extensions elsewhere and are seeking installation at NOOK salon.

NOOK salon guarantees the quality of the nano-bead installation process only.
We do not take responsibility for the quality of hair extensions unless they are purchased directly from us.
For guaranteed results, we recommend purchasing your extensions through NOOK salon.

For all nano-bead maintenance appointments where the initial installation was not performed by one of our Extension Specialists at NOOK salon, the first maintenance appointment will be exclusively handled by Kenedi, without exception.

We operate on an honor system and trust that you will provide us with the details of the number of bundles that were installed.

If the number of bundles exceeds what was originally booked, the appropriate service cost will be adjusted accordingly.

At NOOK salon, our bundles are calculated based on 20-25 pieces per bundle, depending on the weight of the nanos.
Lightweight bundles: Contain 25 pieces (≥1g per piece)
Heavyweight bundles: Contain 20 pieces (<1g per piece)

We recommend scheduling your maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks.

However, there may be instances where you require maintenance sooner, depending on factors such as:
• natural hair shedding
• the speed of natural hair growth
• the texture of your hair and
• previous maintenance sessions.

Appointments scheduled beyond 8 weeks that require additional time for detangling or de-matting are considered overdue (unless otherwise stated by the installer).

An additional fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply.

If we are unable to complete the service due to detangling or de-matting, the maintenance service will be rescheduled, and you will be charged for the time spent releasing the matted hair.

If you find yourself having issues with your nano-bead extensions, please contact Kenedi, by filling out the form, describe the situation, and, if possible, provide photos.
She will work with you to find alternative solutions and assist you.

Nano-bead extensions must be removed by a professional to maintain the integrity of your natural hair.

Our removal service includes a gentle and precise takedown, plus a complimentary hair dusting to keep your ends healthy.

Please note: Nano-bead removals can be performed by any of our stylists.

If extensions or the natural hair are matted, improperly installed by another salon or extension artist, or poorly maintained, an additional fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply.

We do not remove extensions installed by other salons or extension artists unless approved in advance.

For all other extension methods, please contact the salon.
The removal must be approved and serviced by Kenedi.

The starting price for extension removal that is not nano-bead extensions starts at $125.
The additonal fee of $50 per 30 minutes will apply if the natural hair is matted, improperly installed outside of NOOK salon, or poorly maintained.

Pricing includes hair dusting as well as hair washing and blow dry.

At NOOK salon, we store your nano-hair free of charge.

You are welcome to take any unused hair with you, but please remember to bring it with you to your maintenance appointment.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of extra bundles of hair at NOOK salon.

If you fail to bring the extra nano-bead extensions to your appointment, and we have the appropriate shade, length, and weight in stock, the additional bundle will be charged as a 'new install’.
A separate installation fee will also apply for adding the extra pieces on a different day and time, should you wish to have those installed.

Pricing for additional bundles ranges from $150 to $225 per bundle.

Your nano-bead extensions will be washed, dried, re-bundled, and labeled with your name and contact information, then stored free of charge for up to 1 year following your removal service, unless otherwise specified.
After the 1-year period, we will attempt to notify you before discarding the hair.

All nano-bead extensions, after removal, will be inspected in case you wish to have them reinstalled. Your Extension Specialist will advise you if new extensions need to be purchased for your next installation.

You can expect to lose 5-15 strands between your maintenance appointments.

We are happy to offer free adjustments (within reason) within the two weeks following your appointment.
This includes rearranging some pieces, or refitting any pieces that have fallen out.

If this is over two weeks, a small fee of $50 will apply.

Please note that your appointment may not be booked with the same Extension Specialist. There is a high likelihood that the appointment will be scheduled with Kenedi.
